We sat in dispatch offices, walked supply houses, and listened to owners describe the same problems over and over.
Every contractor told us some version of the same story: they were paying for software that created more work than it saved. The platform that actually understood their business didn't exist yet. So we built it. Every workflow is grounded in how these businesses actually operate, not how a software company imagines they do.
